Hips & Hamstrings: This practice will bring freedom and mobility into your movements, help relieve lower back tension and lengthen muscles that are shortened by everyday activities like sitting at your desk or more strenuous activities such as running, biking, tennis… We will focus not only on stretching your hips and hamstrings but also strengthening the elasticity of these areas to prevent future injuries.

Sunrise Yoga

This morning practice will begin by candlelight surrounded by sacred temples on a dock over the water on Kashi Ashram. As the Sun begins to rise, our focus will be on the sacred space created as we move, breathe and stretch in unity with the elements of the environment around us.

French Creams ~ a yogis treat

8 oz Semi- Sweet Chocolate (Toblers, Bakers, Nestle ~ 5oz candies)
1 cup sifted Confectioner’s Sugar
1 TBSP Milk
1 Egg well-beaten
1 cup finely chopped nuts (pecan meal) or 1/2 cup Coconut

Heat chocolate over hot water until partly melted.
