Durgaya’s Yoga Challenge is a must for anyone seeking a good dose of inspiration in his or her yoga practice! Also, with a personal history of instructors who left me ill equipped to practice in a safe and truly healing manner, Durgaya has filled in the blanks with her coverage of alignment techniques and helped to guide me through my ‘limitations’ with newfound confidence. I love this class!
