She has spent the last decade founding and operating successful yoga studios and community organizations. In 2010, She co-founded Tough Love Yoga, a popular studio in an Atlanta art gallery. Sebastian Yoga was a place for students to explore their practice in a conscious community with laughter and empowerment as part of the ethos.
While running Sebastian Yoga Studio, Durgaya served as Lead Educator for Connected Warriors, a nonprofit organization that offers trauma conscious yoga to military veterans free of charge. She flew across the country, teaching yoga instructors how to work with veterans who have experienced PTSD and other disabilities.
In 2019 Durgaya began studying Body Talk. This revolutionary alternative healthcare uses applied kinesiology to strengthen and mend the mind, body, spirit connection. She has incorporated this modality into her offerings.
