Introduction to Proper Yoga Alignment
Take your practice deeper by learning the action of popular level one poses, and gaining a level of body awareness that will give you a life-long, healing yoga practice. This 5 week series is designed to introduce alignment principles into some of the most commonly practiced yoga poses including Cobra, Downward Facing Dog, and Lunge. Each session builds on the last forming a cohesive beginners understanding to proper alignment in your body.
