French Creams ~ a yogis treat

  8 oz Semi- Sweet Chocolate (Toblers, Bakers, Nestle ~ 5oz candies)

1 cup sifted Confectioner’s Sugar

1 TBSP Milk

1 Egg well-beaten

1 cup finely chopped nuts (pecan meal) or 1/2 cup Coconut


Heat chocolate over hot water until partly melted. Then remove from water and stir rapidly until entirely melted. Add sugar, milk and egg. Beat just to blend. Chill until firm enough to hold shape. Form in 1/2-inch balls, then roll in nuts/coconut. (I make large balls & get 2 1/2 dozen)
