Hips & Hamstrings: This practice will bring freedom and mobility into your movements, help relieve lower back tension and lengthen muscles that are shortened by everyday activities like sitting at your desk or more strenuous activities such as running, biking, tennis… We will focus not only on stretching your hips and hamstrings but also strengthening the elasticity of these areas to prevent future injuries.
