WHAT TO EXPECT
An in-person session allows you to step away from your daily routine and settle into the healing environment of my work space.
If it’s your first session, we will spend some time gathering information about many different areas of your life. These include your quality of sleep, your support network, daily routine and so on.
From here we will start with an active evaluation. This includes a series of short movements and mindfulness techniques to gauge your physical and mental state at the beginning of the session. With this knowledge on hand, we will begin to move through the BodyTalk Protocol. I will ask your energetic field a series of yes or no questions and use muscle testing to receive the answers. Muscle testing helps us bypass the conscious mind and give your body a voice. I act like an interpreter between your body and your conscious mind.
To put it simply, your body has a built in yes/no response and I have been trained to read that reflective response. This, paired with the BodyTalk protocol, is where the magic happens.
The questions from the BodyTalk protocol are designed to help identify areas of stress in your body, your sub-conscious mind, or your environment that may be affecting your physical, mental or spiritual health. Most of the time we are looking to find a relationship between two or more factors that have become out of sync with each other. Every “yes” we receive draws us closer to understanding the root of any issues and helps guide the session forward.
Through a series of tapping and mindfulness techniques, we will begin to re-establish healthy communication pathways that reach throughout your body, mind and spirit. From here, we often revisit the active evaluation and answer any questions you may have. This can help give us an idea of the immediate effects of our time together.
